What Quran Says About Destruction?

Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the End of those before them (who did evil)? Allah brought utter destruction on them, and similar (fates await) those who reject Allah. [47:10]

When We decide to destroy a population, We (first) send a definite order to those among them who are given the good things of this life and yet transgress; so that the word is proved true against them: then (it is) We destroy them utterly. [17:16]

Then see what was the end of their plot!- this, that We destroyed them and their people, all (of them). [27:51]

And We made a people, considered weak (and of no account), inheritors of lands in both east and west, - lands whereon We sent down Our blessings. The fair promise of thy Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel, because they had patience and constancy, and We levelled to the ground the great works and fine buildings which Pharaoh and his people erected (with such pride). [7:137]

But the rest We destroyed utterly. [26:172]

And We command: "Go ye both, to the people who have rejected our Signs:" And those (people) We destroyed with utter destruction. [25:36]

Then We destroyed the rest. [37:136]

"Everything will it destroy by the command of its Lord!" Then by the morning they - nothing was to be seen but (the ruins of) their houses! thus do We recompense those given to sin! [46:25]
