buying/selling in Mosque

assalamu alaykum,

due to I see in mosque you are selling products like books, drinks like Redbull(made from Gall of bullock, and taurine which comes from intestines of aniamls such as cows, which are diffenitly not sloughted by name of Great Allah and lot of unhealthy things is insided, ), Caffe, Chocolates and sweets(almost all of them has Whey powder from calves, calf rennet and Gelatin'animals').

And please read the uponion of Hulama in Mekka about selling inside/yard of Mosque

Is it permissible to sell booklets and commercial announcements in it, or is that not appropriate in a musalla?

I think that this is not appropriate even in a musalla, because it distracts people from remembering Allaah, and inevitably disturbs those who are praying there.

(The voice of Maschines distrubs people in Friday and other pray)

Ruling on putting advertisements in the mosque
What is the ruling on displaying advertisements in the Masjid about competitions, lectures or Islamic seminars, under the auspices of specific companies or schools?.

Praise be to Allaah.

Mosques are for worship, and it is forbidden to buy, sell and earn money therein. So it is not permissible to use the mosque as a means of advertising for companies, schools or anything else.

As for advertisements about religious lectures and seminars, there is nothing wrong with that, so long as that is not an advertisement for a specific committee, company, institution or the like. End quote.

From Fataawa al-Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn ‘Abd-Allaah Aal al-Shaykh (Majallat al-Da’wah, 43)

But we should note that the buying and selling should be done outside the mosque itself, because it is haraam to buy and sell inside the mosque. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “If you see anyone buying and selling inside the mosque, say, ‘May Allaah not cause your trade to be profitable.’” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 1321; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi, 1066
