In Germany:(Ernst-Reuter-Platz 2 Berlin-Charlottenburg)
is a 6,000-square-foot building with islamic rolls. To rent this building, one must accept Islam clause. Among other things, the lease states that it is forbidden to sell/take pork or alcohol in Building. Additionally, no gambling or insurance is provided. This is because the owner of the house are Muslims and do not support business practices that are not Islam-compliant. The agreement is even legally in order, as it is a commercial lease.
According to Ulrich Roper said of the German Tenants' Association: "When a property is for commercial use, a landlord can provide otherwise than in houses all sorts of conditions, even if it seems borderline.. Even Islam clause is legally permitted well"
Inshallah soon we will live in places free from devil actions(Alcohol, drugs, Gamblings, Prostitutions, Porks and unhealthy things). May Great Allah give us muslims power and support to practise Islamic rolls on the earth.
